Horses are turned out in pairs or small groups...over - night or as much as possible.
Much of the training is done outside of the arena.... weather permitting.
Horse shows are fun... it's a party where the horses are invited! However, showing is not a requirement of being in the Karver training program. Non-competitive or less social people are just as welcome. Clinics are also fun and help us reach outside the comfort zone... but don't feel any pressure to attend if you don't want to.
